Romani kickboxer Václav Sivák unequivocally wins the Oktagon Underground MMA fight in a packed O2 Arena in the Czech Republic

Kickboxing’s world champion, Václav Sivák, clearly defeated Jonas Magarda of Denmark at the Oktagon Underground event in front of a crowded O2 arena in Prague, Czech Republic over the weekend; the opponents went hard at each other verbally in the runup to the match, with Magard not sparing any attacks on Sivak. “Jonas had nothing to show for himself,” said “Bad Boy” Sivák after his victory. 

“I expected more from him, given how he was talking. I don’t like people who say something and don’t keep their word,” Sivák said after the match.

“It gets on my nerves that I didn’t knock him out,” Sivák also said. It was his first match in front of so many spectators.

“I enjoyed it. The atmosphere was unreal, it was my first experience of so many people in the stands,” Sivák said at the post-match press conference.

“The O2 Arena is something else,” the young kickboxer told the media. During the evening’s main match, leading Czech MMA wrestler Karlos Vemola defeated singer Otakar Peřina, aka “Marpa”, in the exhibition boxing
